How to Become a Scrum Master?

⦁ Give a one-hour online test based on the Scrum framework. The test will have 50 MCQs.

  1. Three Roles in Scrum- The module explains the responsibilities of a product owner and a scrum master. It allows conducting a retrospective to list 3 techniques to enhance the performance. It helps to understand the differences between a product owner and a scrum master and why their responsibilities should not overlap.
